This program is grounded in biblical principles and incorporates advanced ministerial training and remedial courses to ensure holistic development. Participants will engage in structured stages of growth, including academic and practical training, to prepare them for effective ministry leadership.  This program will require scheduling Biweekly, 60-90 minute sessions" with Dr. Buffie Whitfield virtually as a part of the mentorship program.
