Chronological Stages of Assessment
Stage 1: Initial Online Assessment and Orientation
Objective: Evaluate individual needs, provide review, and determine the ministry recomendation.
Assessment Review & Next Steps:
- Assessmen Review:
- Submitt “Fellowship Assessment Review Report” detailing personal background assessment, spiritual journey, and leadership goals and recomendations.
- Provide references and a pastoral recommendation.
- Initial Assessment Meeting:
- One-on-one online meeting with a Fellowship Program Coordinator to set goals, expectations, and identify areas of focus.
- Discuss biblical principles of leadership (e.g., Proverbs 27:17, 1 Timothy 3:1-7).
